We had the pleasure of stopping by the Solvang Restaurant in the City of Solvang, California to learn how they make the famous Aebleskiver – a Danish pancake served hot topped with jam and powdered sugar.
This restaurant has survived many decades of change but has not forgotten its roots. Our other favorite items are the sausage platter and the Danish meatballs.
